Unglued

Spring and fall are my favorite seasons and I don’t recall ever having wished that either one would end, but I think the novelty of winter has worn off and I’m definitely ready for it to be over. I tried going for a jog this evening but the sidewalks were too icy for anything but a leisurely walk. It’s going to be another “boys’ weekend” while Traci spends Friday and Saturday in Orem with her mom for some scrapbooking thing, and I don’t think I’ll be getting out in the snow for once this weekend. The following weekend, however, Traci and I are hoping to go for an ATV ride in the Swell without the kids. We’ve spent extremely little time alone together since we had kids because we’re reluctant to ask anyone to babysit our little monsters. I, for one, am ready for the company of some grown-ups.
