Driver

I rode a new mountain bike trail today near the driving range at the golf course, hence the trail name “Driver.” The trail was similar to those that I normally ride just north of Price, except perhaps not as rocky. Being a new trail, it was quite soft which made it difficult to ride–it was harder work pedaling and easier to get sucked off the trail. The change of scenery over my usual trails was nice, though. I didn’t ride the entire trail. It was 94 degrees out and that, combined with the more difficult riding conditions, kept the ride short. After the trail is “ridden in” and it’s a bit cooler outside I’ll look forward to checking out its full length.
