Well, hopefully I’ve fixed my computer problem–the damn thing was overclocked! The core voltage was set to 1.85 volts in the BIOS, but according to AMD, it’s supposed to be 1.75 volts for a 1.2 GHz processor. The motherboard manual says to leave it on the default, but the manual is wrong not only about that, but several other things as well.
