While reading a local newspaper online, I found this article describing how some guys got busted for possession of drugs. The article said all three suspects were booked on possession charges, and they all faced further charges because it all went down in a designated drug-free zone. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the whole damn country a designated drug-free zone!? If they had pulled over a block later, outside of the drug-free zone, would they not face any charges? What a joke this state is. Does anyone else have laws like this where they live?
