Buffalo chip to the Utah Division of Motor Vehicles. The DMV refused to issue a vanity plate bearing the last name of Dennis Udink of Price because it was deemed “vulgar.” The vulgarity in this case is with the bureaucrats who see obscenity everywhere, even in someone’s real name.
