My manager at work (and also a good friend of mine) is leaving the company tomorrow, so my wife and I are going up there to have lunch with him and his wife on his last day of work. But I still gotta put in 8 hours of work, take my wife to a doctor’s appointment, and do some clothes shopping. And add 3 hours of driving time to all that. So I have a huge day ahead of me. Hopefully it will be fun, though. I get paid tomorrow, and I already know what I’m going to spend most of it on (since I’m in between house payments this pay period). I’m getting a new gas barbeque, a deer hunting permit for this coming up season (in October), some clothes, some flowers and plants for my yard, and all kinds of other things that I don’t really need. Maybe even a concealed weapons permit. 🙂 Damn crazy gun-toting Americans…
